The service was good and felt professional overall. I sorta got the sense they knew what they were doing, which made the whole experience feel trustworthy.

We worked with letsbld.com on our project, the thing I appreciated most was how they handled support after everything went live. We had a couple of small issues and random questions come up, and they got back to us quickly without making it feel like a hassle.

They didn’t just disappear once the project was delivered, which I’ve definitely dealt with before. They were easy to talk to, helpful, and kept things simple. I’d definitely work with them again.

I don’t really get why some people expect perfection at this price. I compared it with a few other options, and this one felt fair for what you’re paying. Sure, it’s not flawless, but overall I feel like I got decent value for my money

I was a bit confused trying to customize the design. There just don’t seem to be many options, and the ones available felt limited. I expected more control, but couldn’t really get the look I wanted.

At first I thought the pricing seemed straightforward, so I figured I’d be able to understand it in a couple minutes. But then the more I clicked around, the less sure I was about what I’d actually end up paying. Maybe it’s obvious to some people, but I don’t really want to contact someone just to figure out the basic cost.
The site itself is fine and not hard to use, so I guess that made the pricing feel even more unclear somehow. It would help a lot if they showed a few example prices or even rough ranges upfront. I’d rather see an estimate and be slightly wrong than have no clue at all.

I’m not sure if I just had bad luck with this, but the workmanship really didn’t seem great. The finish was rough, and in the end I had to redo it myself. Maybe others have had a better experience, but this one didn’t really work out for me.

They got back to me quickly most of the time, and it felt like they always knew how to clear things up without turning it into a huge back-and-forth. Overall, communication was easy and straightforward
