"PC arrived with a non-responsive…"
PC arrived with a non-responsive graphics card. Just terrible! HDMI and all display ports won’t give a signal to any monitor or smart tv. Took it to micro center for a quick diagnostic and found that the 4070ti isn’t work at all! Sending back for a refund. First impression is everything.

"Horrific Customer Service"
Horrific Customer Service! My AIO pump developed a problem and after finding out the pump had a 6 year warranty, I contacted support to get this fix.

I am now at week 6 in a process that has been 1 email at a time, with between 6 and 11 days between response, I lost 3 weeks because they didn't read one of my responses asking for a video of the problem.

I was passed to the European support team 3 weeks ago and still haven't heard anything despite 3 separate emails, 1 per week since, asking for an update.

I've never had a worse experience trying to get a warranty honoured in my life, NZXT clearly do not care, they even stopped responding to people here on Trustpilot to sort issues.

"Horrific Customer Service"
Horrific Customer Service! My AIO pump developed a problem and after finding out the pump had a 6 year warranty, I contacted support to get this fix.

"STAY AWAY"
Bought a PC 12/16/22, finally asked for refund on 2/28/23. Sent it in twice for repair. First time it was the RAM they said. Second time it was VGA error and they said it was the GPI and replaced it. Both times they said it was tested and working. After second repair it the same error. They said GPU often gets damaged during shipping. REALLY?!?!? A $1000 GPU often gets damaged. Maybe ship it separately instead of in the CPU. Always had to wait on hold for hours. Three trips with a 50 box to UPS. They never want to talk and always chat with you. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE IVE HAD IN 40 years of life. Never once did they offer to comp anything during all this hassle to the customer. Stay away from this company.

"Faulty GPU, Haven’t received my $2k pc back, terrible customer service"

I received my pc a few days ago. Worked fine for a day.
Now I can't play or single game without getting black screen PC crashes. Also, I've been having screen artifacts every now and then.
I've updated drivers, and reinstalled games. Adjusted XMP settings, and about a million other things. I shouldn't have to do all this for a brand-new PC with parts that far exceed the requirements for a majority of games.

For reference, I got the creator plus PC that has an i9 12900k and a GeForce RTX 3080 GPU.
I should be able to easily get over 120fps with good quality without worrying about games shutting down 2 minutes into startup or in the middle of a game.

I've contacted customer support but they are slow and have yet to get a response. I hope they can solve the problem or send me a replacement PC that actually works in a timely manner.

They have reached out and are having me send in my PC for evaluation and repair.

Update: 1/11/23 I’ve sent my pc back and have yet to receive it. I’ve tried emailing to get a status update and they have not responded.

It seems the only way to get a response from NZXT is to post here. Even then there’s no guarantee anything will be done.

I’ve also been sent a bill for my first payment on the PC even though I haven’t been able to use it since I purchased it.

"Zero stars"
Zero stars. Ordered "prebuilt" pc, to receive a pc with a ram not properly installed. Was told to ship back instead of 3rd party repair... So it would take even longer to use and be out shipping. Poor customer service!

"$2000 paper weight"
Talked with customer service for 2 months back and forth trying to figure out why their $2000 PC I purchased wasn't working anymore, just to be told to take my PC to a third party to get it repaired. Just so happened to break 1 month after my warranty expired. 2k for a pc that doesnt even last 2 years, barely used on top of that maybe twice a week. insane.

Support is horrible..6 days and no answer..now weekend is comming and I'll have to wait even more. I have problem with nzxt aio..if it's not solved soon..I'll never buy anything from nzxt again... NZXT Support Request Received: Pump making weird noise 1503178
Edit: after contacting live chat support, they asked me informations about my adress and proof of purchase..it's been 1 week since I sent them all info and still no answer..such a joke of a company, never gonna buy anything from them again.

I live in Canada nZXT I bought Crater pro PCI was shocked on the price that they haveIt's almost too good to be trueThey have the best customer service I call them because UPS wanting to rob my package package and say they tapped to deliver divert when they never did I ended up ordering a second monitor And they ended up shipping it with another shipper other shipper even though they never did that before and I thank them for changing their shipper for me I understand what UPS did is not on Nzxt at least they made it right with their customer and smtheir customer and switch their shipper when they sent out a second monitor and I appreciate that I've been looking at a lot of computers from a lot of different places and act NZXT has the best prices prices out of every shop If they keep their s*** up they're still For P c's in custom builds I hope these guys are still doing well when I need another PC
